Outlines Of Indian Philosophy
This work is based upon the lectures which I delivered for many years at the Mysore University and is published with the intention that it may serve as a text-book for use in colleges where Indian philosophy is taught. Though primarily intended for students, it is hoped that the books may also be of use to others who are intersted in the Indian solution of familiar philosophical problems. Its foremost aim has been to give a connected and, so far as possible within the limits of a single volume, a compreshensive account of the subject; but interpretation and criticism, it will be seen, are not excluded.

Personal Salvation and Filial Piety
Personal Salvation and Filial Piety offers a complete and fully annotated translation of The Precious Scroll of Incense Mountain, based on a nineteenth-century edition. The translation is preceded by substantial introduction that discusses the origin of the text and the genre to which it belongs and highlights the similarities and differences between the scroll and female saints' lives from medieval Europe.
Perspectives on The Origin of Indian Civilization
The earliest Indian inscriptions date from the third century before Christ. Archaeological and palaeo-anthropological evidence, as well as the Indian oral tradition, consistently point to the 'continuity' of the Indian Civilization back to a much earlier date. However, the question of the origin of Indian Civilization prior to that period remains open. There are three main schools of thought in this regard.
Phaldeepika
This is one of the best books on Predictive Astrology. It includes the essence of Parashar, Jaimini and many more masters. Four hundred and fifty Yogas of Bhavartha Ratnakar of Shri Ramanuja have been added to befit the title Phaldeepika: Bhavartha Bodhini.
This English edition also includes many horoscopes, tables and a glossary of Sanskrit and Hindi words. The language is easy to understand and even the beginners after studying this book for a few months will be able to arrive at the right interpretations and timing of events.
Phenomenal Consciousness and Mind-Body Problem
The problem of explanatory gap in the phenomenal consciousness has rises in the Western philosophy mainly because the consciousness itself and its manifestations or reflections are treated separately. Whereas, according to the Vedanta school of India, the phenomenal consciousness is merely manifestations of self-consciousness which is embodied in the human beings. In this approach, the phenomenal consciousness and self-consciousness are one and the same thing because the former depends upon the latter.
