Man and His Becoming
Richard C. Nicholson's translation of Rene Guenon's Man and His Becoming is an exposition of the 'nature and constitution of the human being' in the light of the doctrines of Vedanta which echoes the Upanishadic message, 'there is one only without a second.' Other traditional views like Nyaya, Vaisesika, Sankhya, Yoga and Mimamsa are referred to wherever necessary.

भारतीय संगीत का इतिहास
प्रस्तुत ग्रन्थ भारतीय संगीत का इतिहास अपने आप में असाधारण शोध-ग्रन्थ है. इसके लेखक डॉक्टर ठाकुर जयदेव सिंह बहु-आयामी व्यक्तित्व के विद्वान् थे. संगीतशास्त्र की सुविख्यात विदुषी प्रोफ. प्रेमलता शर्मा द्वारा सम्पादित इस ग्रन्थ को कोलकाता की संगीत रिसर्च अकादमी ने सन `१९९४ ईस्वी में संगीत परिदर्शिनी ग्रंथमाला के प्रथम पुष्प के रूप में प्रकाशित किया था. भारतीय संगीत क्षेत्र का अपने ढंग का पहला अनूठा ग्रन्थ है.
जातकपारिजातः प्रथम भाग
ज्योतिष के संहिता, होरा और सिद्धांत- इन तीन विषयों में प्रस्तुत कृति का स्थान होरा के अंतर्गत है. इसका निर्माण सर्वार्थचिन्तामणिकार वेंकटाद्रि के पुत्र श्री वैद्यनाथ ने विक्रम सम्वत १४८२ में किया था. रचना मौलिक है किन्तुय इसमें श्रीपतिपद्धति, तरावली, सर्वार्थचिन्तामणि, बृहज्जातक तथा अन्य पूर्ववर्ती ग्रंथों का सार भी मिलता है. अठारह अध्यायों के इस विशाल ग्रन्थ को दो भागों में बाँट दिया गया है.
